Tom, originally from Uppingham, has been involved in the theatre since the early age of 9, having his first major role playing The Artful Dodger' in Lionel Bart's 'Oliver!' at Uppingham Theatre. Since then, Tom has gone on to play a range of other diverse roles including The Scarecrow in 'The Wizard of Oz', Les/Mum in 'East' by Steven Berkoff', Thomas in '84 Charing Cross Road' and most recently Jean Valjean in Stamford Endowed Schools production of 'Les Miserables'. In August 2011 Tom became a member of the prestigious National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, and is now completing his final year of A Levels on a Drama scholarship at Stamford School. He recently gained a Distinction in his Silver LAMDA Speech and Drama examination, and looks to gain a career in theatre in the future.
Alex is an outstanding talent and attends Oakham School studying English, Music, Drama and French. Since the age of three Alex has also been dancing at Helen King's School of Dance and blessed with a beautiful singing voice, performed in Aladdin and Snow White at the tender age of 8 & 9 with Polka-Dot Productions. For the past few years she has been an active member of the Rutland Musical Theatre performing in popular productions such as South Pacific, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Half a Sixpence and Footloose. To complement her skills, Alex spends her spare time song writing and playing the piano.
